The executive order notes that the federal "agencies (in the US) shall, to the extent consistent with applicable law, ensure that their privacy policies exclude persons who are not United States citizens or lawful permanent residents from the protections of the Privacy Act regarding personally identifiable information." Raees vs Kaabil box-office collection Day 4: Shah Rukh still ahead, Hrithik trailing.  It has been three days since the release of Raees and Kaabil and the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer is still way ahead of Hrithik-Yami's film.
